*In the event your order is heavy weight and the shipping charge seems high, please contact us to see if we can fit your items in a flat rate box to reduce the shipping charge for you.

The information that woodchew.com collects is strictly used to fulfill orders and provide customer service to the customer. woodchew.com will not disclose any information you submit to outside parties except in order to fulfill your order with a shipping carrier or if required by law. Any information woodchew.com has retained is kept secure, and are only accessible by the Mail Order Staff of woodchew.com.

II. Return & Exchange Policy
You may return your items for a full refund no matter the reason within 30 days of the purchase. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We will process your refund as soon as we receive the items.
If you need to return an item, please Contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

IV. International Shipping Policy
Due to changing regulations and shipping rates, International shipment requirements may change without notice. Woodchew.com will ship anywhere in the world that our shipping carriers are able to. International orders will be subject to a review for accurate shipping calculations, address verification, and individual country guidelines before the order is shipped. Woodchew.com will not falsify customs forms under any circumstances. Due to changing shipping timelines, we cannot guarantee accurate shipping transit times. There are long delays for international delivery.
V. Payment Policy
All orders must be paid for in advanced. All Credit Card payments will be charged at the time of shipment and only for the items shipped and shipping charges unless we expect to ship the backordered items within a reasonable amount of time.
VI. Shipping Policy
A. Domestic Shipments
Orders will be shipped USPS within 1 business day unless items are backordered. We will contact you if we cannot complete your order or if there will be a delay. Orders shipped via UPS, FedEx, or DHL may be shipped 2 days after the order is placed, and please indicate if you would like to add insurance to your package.
B. International Shipments
International shipments are sent via USPS to all countries our shipping carriers will ship to. If you require another method, please indicate so in the special instructions field of your order or email us. Shipping rates and methods may be adjusted at our discretion to account for registered packages, insured packages, or more accurate calculations. Woodchew.com will not be responsible for seized, damaged, or lost International shipments. We will try to do everything we can to prevent this from happening.
VII. Sales Tax Policy
Orders shipped to Ohio addresses will be charged a Sales Tax in the amount of 7.5% of the order amount after shipping. If you live outside the State of Ohio or the United States of America, you may be responsible for any VAT Taxes, Excise Taxes, Sales Taxes, and/or customs duties. Woodchew.com does not claim responsibility to pay taxes outside the State of Ohio.
